1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fingryd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and organizations using our platform. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Terms
2.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free trial accounts
2.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
3. Use of Service
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

4. Billing and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
4.2 Free Trial
Free trials are available for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.3 Payment Failure
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You remain responsible for all charges incurred.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Fingryd and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for backing up your content. We are not liable for data loss.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Modify or discontinue features at our discretion
- Suspend access for violations of these Terms
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees. We may also terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fingryd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.
